Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will leverage at least 5 years of claims management experience to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Interact with claimants and various stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activities efficiently to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license with up-to-date CE hours
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
