Job Summary
Contributing to a consistent claims service experience, the full-time Inside Claims Representative II will adjust moderately complex auto and/or property claims through telephone and written correspondence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and interpret policy wordings to determine coverage and appropriate reserving
- Investigate losses to determine liability and negotiate with insureds, claimants, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate services with vendors while adjusting claims from inception to completion
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of insurance adjusting experience
- Working toward Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- College/University degree is preferred
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry
