Job Summary

Working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone, the Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve attorney-represented bodily injury claims related to automobile accidents for a non-standard auto insurance book of business.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts thorough investigations of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, and litigation aspects
• Applies knowledge of insurance policies and organizational relationships to evaluate claims effectively
• Identifies subrogation or fraud potential and collaborates with relevant teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Experience handling complex bodily injury claims and working with plaintiff attorneys
• Strong understanding of liability investigations, injury evaluations, and claims resolution strategies
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional customer service and file quality
• Must be available to work from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time
• Knowledge of subrogation processes and fraud detection in claims handling
