Experienced in managing complex claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will leverage 5+ years of California Workers Compensation experience to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among parties, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active California Adjuster's license, up to date on CE hours
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
