Job Summary
Providing direct support to assigned public entity clients, the temporary fully remote California Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate general liability claims, recommend actions, and communicate with various stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze insurance provider's liability regarding personal, casualty, or property loss
- Recommend claims actions and adjust reserves while adhering to guidelines
- Communicate with claimants, clients, and attorneys, and maintain accurate claims records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least eight years of experience with insurance claims or self-insurance
- Fluency in Spanish is required
