Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time California Licensed Claims Analyst will manage claims support needs, ensure data integrity and compliance, and utilize AI tools to enhance claims administration processes.
Key responsibilities
- Complete, monitor, and recommend claims support needs to facilitate claims administration
- Ensure data integrity and security in all claims processing activities
- Monitor compliance with state requirements through real-time administration
Required qualifications
- High school diploma with 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and/or MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Curiosity about AI and machine learning applications in insurance
