Job Summary

Leading a team of attorney-represented bodily injury adjusters, the fully remote Associate Manager will develop strategies for performance enhancement, oversee complex claim negotiations, and provide coaching to ensure expert claims handling during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee performance of vendors and adjusters handling complex claims
• Address escalated customer situations and support unit goal setting
• Participate in special projects as a subject matter expert and analyze unit reports to achieve business objectives

Required qualifications

• Experience in managing bodily injury claims, preferably in an attorney-represented environment
• Strong background in claims negotiation and conflict resolution
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and performance management
• Ability to work remotely and maintain availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours
• Familiarity with performance metrics and business unit objectives analysis
