Required qualifications
- High school diploma and 10 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain necessary certifications
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions within the claims process
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct file reviews and identify coaching opportunities for team development
