- Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to deliver efficient service across various caseloads
- Guide the team in adhering to best practices and manage workloads to optimize performance
- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while identifying coaching opportunities for team members
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 8 years of related claims experience
- California licensing and/or certification for claims handling
- Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions
