Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a small team in handling Workers Compensation claims
- Carry an individual case load while ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery
- Participate in hiring and training adjusters to foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience, including lost-time/indemnity and litigation
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions
