Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of select construction accounts, the full-time California Licensed Client Manager will handle client inquiries, endorsement processing, and maintain client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and retain select accounts based on revenue, industry, and coverage needs
- Review and interpret customer contracts to ensure appropriate coverages are in place
- Coordinate strategy meetings and document outcomes to enhance client service delivery
Required qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, specifically in a client-facing role
- 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and regulations
- Valid California P&C Producers License and commitment to ongoing education requirements
