California Licensed Client Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of select accounts, the full-time California Licensed Client Manager will oversee client service activities, maintain relationships, and ensure profitability while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and retain select accounts based on revenue, industry, and coverage needs
• Review customer contracts to ensure appropriate coverages and conduct needs analysis
• Coordinate internal and external strategy meetings, documenting outcomes and managing client deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role
• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
• Ability to work on Pacific Time Zone shift schedule
• Must maintain required licensing and complete Continuing Education activities
