California Licensed Client Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of Select accounts, the full-time California Licensed Client Manager will oversee client inquiries, endorsement processing, and relationship retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and retain Select accounts based on revenue, industry, and coverage needs
• Review and interpret customer contracts to ensure appropriate coverages are in place
• Coordinate internal and external strategy meetings, documenting outcomes and action items

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and market trends
• Ability to work on Pacific Time Zone shift schedule
• Must maintain required licensing and complete Continuing Education activities
