Job Summary
To support the Entertainment Division, the full-time California Licensed Client Service Manager will assist producers and clients in maintaining commercial lines insurance coverage, including processing policies, endorsements, and audits, while working remotely from within the Continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process endorsement requests, including invoicing and delivery to clients
- Handle audits, cancellations, and billing issues while ensuring adherence to agency procedures
- Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers, establishing relationships with internal and external clients
Required qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license required (company will assist in obtaining if needed)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred
- Experience in the Entertainment Division preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Account Management Systems (AMS), with Applied Epic experience preferred
