Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client call assignments and complete all calls within two business days, documenting any delays
- Counsel clients on the status of disability payments, medical treatment authorizations, and prepare them for evaluations and hearings
- Explain workers' compensation concepts in clear language and address client concerns promptly
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California
- Working knowledge of the California workers' compensation system
- Experience in a client-facing legal role, preferably in workers' compensation
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a private workspace
