California Licensed Clinical Account Executive

Job Summary

To support the adoption of Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing services, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Account Executive will promote and sell these services to clinicians and healthcare providers in the North Los Angeles territory, focusing on strategic business development and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of MRD testing services within major cancer centers, health systems, and community practices
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers to expand business opportunities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory, including client acquisition and retention strategies

Required qualifications

• B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting, with a focus on MRD testing preferred
• Proven track record of revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
• In-depth understanding of the payer and reimbursement environment in oncology diagnostics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.com
