Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to hospital pharmacy teams, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Accreditation Manager will interpret accreditation standards, lead readiness efforts, and guide clients through compliance processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and apply accreditation standards to support hospital partners
- Lead accreditation readiness efforts, including gap analyses and policy development
- Deliver training and ongoing education on accreditation standards and compliance
Required qualifications
- PharmD and active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience in hospital, specialty, or similar settings
- Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives
- Exposure to URAC or ACHC accreditation preferred
- People management or project management experience preferred
