California Licensed Clinical Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To support global clinical trials, the fully remote Clinical Contracts Manager will draft, negotiate, and execute clinical trial agreements while managing data processes and providing administrative support to the clinical contracting team.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and execute clinical trial agreements globally
• Provide administrative support and manage analytics and metrics reporting for clinical agreements
• Organize and file clinical agreements and amendments in SharePoint, tracking the execution process

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar admittance and current license
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating high volumes of US and ex-US clinical trial agreements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and organization
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
