California Licensed Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral healthcare program, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Coordinator will coordinate admissions, oversee the intake process, and guide patients and their support systems through assessments and the admission journey in a virtual setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate admission schedules and facilitate the intake process, including initial assessments and necessary paperwork
• Support patients during their first week in the program and maintain communication with their support systems and treatment teams
• Conduct program tours and facilitate groups, while managing patient activities and interactions within the facility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a health-related field preferred
• Licensed or license eligible in California in a related field
• Three years of experience in mental health, counseling, or the eating disorders field preferred
• Knowledge of DSM diagnostic criteria for adolescents and adults
• Ability to conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
