California Licensed Clinical Director

Job Summary

To ensure high clinical quality and effective leadership, the full-time Virtual Clinical Director will manage clinical staff, oversee program compliance, and drive patient outcomes while working remotely during MST or PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff and ensure adherence to telehealth etiquette and program standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and recruitment while holding team members accountable for performance metrics
• Evaluate program quality and facilitate treatment team meetings focused on patient outcomes and program completion

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a clinical discipline such as Social Work or Psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in a remote setting
• Licensed in California and/or Oregon preferred
• Knowledge of state licensure requirements for telehealth practice
• Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
