Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the California Licensed Clinical Informatics Specialist will serve as a liaison between clinical practice and Information Services, supporting the effective use of clinical technologies and providing 24/7 support to clinicians and caregivers.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation, learning, and optimization of clinical information systems
- Provide ongoing support and training to clinical and interprofessional caregivers
- Promote the integration of information technology in healthcare settings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Understanding of adult learning principles and their application in training
