Job Summary
To support the Quality Department in achieving high performance and quality outcomes, the full-time temporary Clinical Quality LPN, HEDIS and STAR will analyze data, evaluate data integrity, and navigate documentation systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data for integrity and deficits, documenting findings effectively
- Overread data entry from medical record reviews and support the chart chase process
- Maintain knowledge of HEDIS/STAR standards and guidelines while collaborating with team members
Required qualifications
- Valid and active LPN or LVN license
- Two or more years of experience with HEDIS/STAR measures
- Three or more years of healthcare experience, including managed care settings
- Experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
