Job Summary
Supporting the Quality Department in achieving high performance and quality outcomes, the full-time Clinical Quality LPN will analyze data, evaluate data integrity, and assist in chart reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze data for integrity and document findings related to HEDIS/STAR measures
- Overread data entry from medical record reviews and navigate multiple documentation systems
- Support the chart chase process by requesting medical records from provider offices as needed
Required qualifications:
- Valid and active LPN or LVN license
- Two or more years of experience working with HEDIS/STAR measures
- Three or more years of healthcare experience, including managed care settings
- Experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
