Job Summary
To support the Quality Department in achieving high performance and quality outcomes, the full-time Clinical Quality LPN, HEDIS and STAR will analyze data, review medical records, and collaborate with team members in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze data for integrity and document findings related to HEDIS/STAR measures
- Overread data entry from medical record reviews and navigate multiple documentation systems
- Support the chart chase process by requesting records from providers as needed
Required qualifications:
- Valid and active LPN or LVN license
- Two or more years of experience working with HEDIS/STAR measures
- Three or more years of healthcare experience in a managed care setting
- Three or more years of experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
