Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for alcohol use disorder, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and monitor patient health outcomes remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the psychosocial aspects of treatment for assigned patients
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed

Required qualifications
- California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent
