Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for alcohol use disorder, manage patient care coordination, and monitor health outcomes, all while working remotely from Los Angeles, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the psychosocial aspects of treatment for assigned patients and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy
• Coordinate care among the interdisciplinary team and external providers, revising treatment plans as necessary
• Conduct risk assessments, manage patient appointments, and facilitate psychoeducational groups

Required qualifications

• California LCSW license or equivalent
• Three to five years of experience in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, particularly for alcohol use disorder
• Experience treating individuals aged 65 and older with behavioral and medical conditions
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms, including EHR and video conferencing tools
• A secure private office setup for conducting video medical appointments
