Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical treatment for patients, develop and maintain treatment plans, and provide training and support to behavioral technicians, with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, or fully remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans while evaluating patient progress and adjusting protocols as necessary
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to coordinate care and communicate treatment responses effectively
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
