Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide training and support to behavioral technicians, with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, or fully remote work arrangements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians while ensuring treatment adherence
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Ability to work in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
