Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical treatment plans, manage patient assessments, and provide training to behavioral technicians in various settings, including onsite and remote environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols
- Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors to inform treatment strategies
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and collaborate with caregivers to enhance patient care
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
