Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including developing treatment plans, training caregivers, and coaching behavioral technicians, with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, or fully remote work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols
- Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
