California Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide training and support to behavioral technicians in various settings, including onsite and via telehealth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians to ensure effective treatment implementation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on data analysis
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
