Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time salaried California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including developing and implementing treatment plans, training caregivers, and coaching behavioral technicians in various settings such as the CARD center, patients' homes, and schools.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians to ensure effective treatment implementation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on data analysis and caregiver collaboration
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
