Job Summary
To support justice-involved adolescents and young adults, the fully remote, independent contractor Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) will provide individual and group clinical supervision to associate-level mental health clinicians, ensuring compliance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements while fostering professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision in accordance with California BBS requirements
- Support the development of clinical competencies in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Consult on complex clinical presentations and review clinical cases to promote ethical and evidence-based practices
Required qualifications
- Current, active, and unrestricted California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Experience providing clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs) or other BBS-registered associate clinicians
- Completion of all required supervisor training and continuing education
- Demonstrated knowledge of California laws and regulations governing clinical supervision
- Ability to provide effective clinical supervision through secure virtual platforms
