Job Summary
Providing clinical supervision to associate-level mental health clinicians, the fully remote California Licensed Clinical Supervisor will support professional development and ensure compliance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements while working with justice-involved adolescents and young adults.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group clinical supervision in accordance with California BBS requirements
- Support the development of clinical competencies in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Consult on complex clinical cases and navigate challenges unique to juvenile detention environments
Required qualifications
- Current, active, and unrestricted California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Experience providing clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs) or other BBS-registered associate clinicians
- Completion of required supervisor training and continuing education
- Knowledge of California laws and regulations governing clinical supervision and professional ethics
- Ability to provide effective supervision through secure virtual platforms
