Job Summary
Providing comprehensive mental health care, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
- Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
- Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, preferably NextGen
