Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a clinical team while enjoying administrative support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients via tele-therapy
- Consult regularly with the clinical director and regional team for support and feedback
- Utilize the Clinician Connect platform to connect with therapists nationwide
Required qualifications:
- California licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Proficiency in using technology in a clinical setting
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new practices
