Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a clinical team for ongoing support and feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients through tele-therapy
- Consult regularly with the clinical director and regional team for guidance and support
- Utilize provided administrative support for credentialing, billing, and client intake
Required qualifications
- California LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent license to practice independently
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for session documentation
- Comfortable using technology in a clinical setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a collaborative care model
