To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy, define their own schedules, and collaborate with a clinical team for ongoing support and feedback in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients through tele-therapy
- Define personal availability and manage individual schedules to align with lifestyle needs
- Consult regularly with the clinical director and regional team for support and professional development
Required qualifications
- California license as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for session documentation
- Comfortable using technology in daily work processes
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a collaborative team environment
