Job Summary
To support a growing remote telehealth practice, compassionate California Licensed Clinical Therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, or LPCCs) will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, and develop individualized treatment plans while working flexible part-time or full-time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based individual psychotherapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
