Job Summary
To support clinical research operations, the full-time Senior Clinical Trials Systems Analyst will provide high-level technical support for the CTMS software platform, ensuring integration with CHLA's Electronic Health Record system while optimizing workflows and enhancing data quality in a fully remote position for California residents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the CTMS software, assisting end-users with functionality and addressing clinical trial and audit issues
- Serve as a liaison between research operations, IT, and system vendors to optimize clinical research technology solutions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in information systems administration, particularly in a clinical research environment
- Experience working with Cerner Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
