Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Clinician will provide high-quality psychotherapy services remotely or in a hybrid model while managing client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults through secure telehealth or hybrid services
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete accurate, insurance-compliant documentation within 24 hours of each client session

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
• California residency
• Experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably with telehealth
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist
