California Licensed Cloud Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Cloud Platform Architecture and Infrastructure Engineering functions, the full-time California Licensed Cloud Engineering Manager will provide technical and people leadership in delivering secure and scalable technology platforms while collaborating with various teams to align infrastructure investments with organizational strategy, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of public and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• Lead initiatives for Microsoft 365 services, enhancing collaboration and security while implementing governance frameworks for data protection and user adoption
• Drive infrastructure modernization efforts, including automation and cloud-native technologies, while fostering a high-performing engineering culture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of recent relevant experience in cloud architecture and engineering
• Proven experience in leading infrastructure modernization initiatives and managing Microsoft 365 services
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and architectural standards for cloud environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align technology solutions with business objectives
