Job Summary
To support a growing telepsychiatry organization, a California Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist will provide clinical collaboration, consultation, and oversight to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) in a fully remote, non-patient-facing, independent contractor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated collaborating physician for assigned PMHNPs
- Meet virtually with assigned providers to provide clinical guidance and consultation
- Conduct timely chart reviews and participate in case discussions and medication management consultations
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California medical license (MD or DO)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- Minimum of one year of experience practicing as a Psychiatrist
- Strong background in psychiatric medication management and treatment planning
- Experience in telehealth or telepsychiatry preferred
