Job Summary

Seeking a motivated California Licensed Collections Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage customer communications regarding past-due automobile loan payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and document account activity while adhering to collection laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about delinquent automobile loan payments through various call methods
• Negotiate practical payment arrangements while maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Document customer interactions and manage assigned accounts consistently

Required qualifications

• Experience in collections, call-center, customer service, sales, banking, or financial services is preferred
• Bilingual ability in English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a structured, goal-oriented remote environment
• Strong organization and documentation skills
• Must reside in California and maintain a professional workspace for confidential conversations
