Job Summary

Seeking experienced professionals, the part-time California Licensed College Admissions Coach will assist students in grades 9-12 with college planning and application processes, working remotely for 4-10 hours per week to provide guidance on admissions strategies, essay support, and application timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with students and parents to develop and review college admissions strategies
• Provide support for college essays and manage application submission timelines
• Maintain open communication with clients to ensure they feel supported throughout the admissions journey

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Director of Admissions, College Prep Guidance Counselor, or Independent Educational Consultant
• Strong writing skills and the ability to work independently
• Outgoing and empathetic personality with excellent relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with web-conferencing and scheduling software
