California Licensed Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing smaller to mid-sized commercial accounts, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Account Manager will perform account marketing, coverage evaluation, and day-to-day servicing while transitioning to a hybrid work model after an initial 90-day period in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage binding, invoicing, policy checking, and processing audits with a focus on accuracy
• Collaborate with Producers on client renewal strategies, preparing submissions, and delivering proposals
• Screen and prepare accurate endorsement requests for Commercial Lines clients while maintaining effective communication with Producers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience with strong knowledge of insurance terminology and coverage
• Property & Casualty Agents/Brokers License in good standing
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, or completion of an Insurance Study Program with relevant designations (e.g., AIS, ARM, CRM)
