Job Summary

To support a technology company, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Attorney will manage the customer contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and executing SaaS agreements, while working remotely with a preference for West Coast candidates and potentially exceeding 40 hours per week during month-end periods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire customer contract lifecycle, from intake and drafting to execution
• Negotiate directly with customers and conduct live negotiation calls
• Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to manage high-volume deal activity

Required qualifications

• Active California attorney license with significant experience in SaaS commercial agreements
• Proven track record of managing customer-facing SaaS transactions independently
• Ability to handle both standard and complex deals, knowing when to escalate issues
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with month-end deal cycles
• Availability for extended hours and occasional weekend work during peak periods
