Job Summary
Offering a remote, part-time opportunity, a California Licensed Commercial Counsel will manage the review of enterprise MSAs and commercial contracts in the supply chain and logistics sectors, ideally with experience in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or cold-chain distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze enterprise Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other commercial contracts
- Provide legal guidance on supply chain, logistics, and transportation matters
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements
Required qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction
- Experience in commercial contracts within the supply chain or logistics industry
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical, chemical, or cold-chain distribution is preferred
- In-house commercial counsel experience is a plus
- Ability to work on a project-based, fractional schedule
