Job Summary
Seeking a motivated California Licensed Commercial Lines Producer for a full-time remote position, responsible for prospecting, quoting, and closing new business opportunities to support small businesses in securing necessary coverage.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets and develop cross-selling strategies
- Utilize CRM and comparative rater tools to provide quote comparisons and articulate coverage differences
- Foster relationships with referring producers, underwriters, and clients to drive new business growth
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Property & Casualty license required
- Minimum three years of experience in Commercial Lines marketing, placement, service, and sales
- Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services
- Proven track record of insurance sales success with a sales-driven mentality
