Job Summary
To implement and administer competitive compensation programs, the hybrid California Licensed Compensation Manager will manage base pay structures and annual compensation cycles for over 600 U.S. employees while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance to HR and management.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior HR leaders to design and improve compensation structures and oversee the annual bonus program
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and conduct regular pay equity audits
- Maintain data integrity within HRIS and provide consultation on pay decisions and job evaluations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior analyst role
- Experience with compensation survey participation and market pricing tools
- Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations and pay equity laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
